Live2D files are optimized for running on VTube Studio. I will not send the project files over, but only the necessary files for runtime.

Credit to me (Chenna Kitty) as the artist and/or rigger must be visibly stated in your bio.

You must NOT use any part of the commission in AI generation or non fungible tokens (NFTs). Any resale or profit off of the commission is strictly prohibited.

Every model is unique, and prices listed are used as a base. Models with more complicated designs that require more cuts and movement will cost extra.

Clients are allowed to use the final product for commercial uses, such as streaming and social media graphics. However, printing of merchandise of my illustration is prohibited. An additional fee will be charged in order to be granted this right.

If at any point in the future you decide to retire your VTuber activities, you must not resell or redistribute your VTuber files anywhere else.

I need a minimum of 6 weeks to complete your commission. If it's both art and rigging, I will need at least 10 weeks or more. I may take much longer depending on my current workload or any personal factors that may occur in my life. A more complicated design may take longer. The timeframe will begin after I receive payment.

Please disclose any deadlines to me, if any. A deadline shorter than the minimum required timeframe will cost extra.

I will not rush my commission in the middle of working on it.

I will allow up to 3 major art revisions and 3 rigging revisions for free. Some minor revisions will be done free of charge.

I may post WIPs on social media, Patreon, or stream your commission on twitch, unless if a privacy fee is paid.

Excessive micro-managing or picking apart during the commission process is prohibited and may be subjected to a fee. I will give a warning if this issue arises. Please be sure to have a clear idea of what you want out of your commission in order to avoid any issues!

No refunds will be made once when I have started working on the commission. Please be absolutely certain that you can comfortably pay for your commission.

I will ask for 50% of the total payment upfront first before I start working on the project. The remainder can be paid in installments, but commission will not be fully delivered until the full payment has been received.

Progress shots or videos will be sent throughout the project.

Live2D updates will be sent when major milestones have been completed, such as: eye blinking, mouth forms, physics, body movement, head angles, expressions, and when the model is almost done.

Adjustments can be made at any point.

Test models can only be sent when the commission has been 100% paid, and a total of 3 tests overall can be sent before the final product.

Completed files will be sent once everything is finished.

Clients can request tracking assistance in VTube Studio.

If at any point in the future you wish to add any new features to your model, such as alternative outfit, hairstyle, or expressions, you may freely contact me. I will prioritize any commission work that I may have ongoing first.

If you are commissioning artwork to be rigged by another rigger, feel free to contact me or have the Live2D rigger contact me if any minor parts are needed, free of charge (unless if you're asking for something like an entirely new arm pose). Live2D rigger also has my permission to cleanup or do any extra cutting themselves, if needed.

If I am rigging another artist's art, I may come into contact with them and request any additional parts that I need. Please make sure your artist is available for communication! In the chance that they are not, I may draw them out myself, but I will not alter the integrity of the original art.

Once work is done, I will create a showcase video and add the work to my portfolio after your chosen debut date, unless if you allow me to showcase it earlier. In the case of a private commission and you have not utilized your commission after the established date, I may post the showcase and add it to my portfolio 6 months afterwards.
